#ad Get some pork on your fork, nah more like get some pork on your wok 250g pork scotch 1 tbs oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp msg 1/4 tsp white pepper 1/2 cup potato starch 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup tapioca starch Sauce 1/2 cup Sugar 1/2 cup Vinegar 1 cup water 1/2 cut capsicum red 1/2 cut capsicum green 1/4 cut onion 1/2 cup pineapple canned 1/2 tbs potato starch 1. Marinade pork with all the ingredients listed 2. In a seperate bowl add potato starch with water 3. Combine pork and starch water 4. Dip into tapioca starch so it’s evenly coated 5. Place evenly onto a tray and spray with oil 6. Oven at 180 for 4 mins on each side 7. In a small wok or pan, combine sugar, vinegar, water bring to a light simmer and add the vegetables in. 8. Thicken with potato starch slurry and add the pork in 9. Toss and serve immediately with steamed rice #wok #yumyum #chinesefood #streetfood
