Held onto this one for a little bit before I had the capacity to share. Everyone’s journey to parenthood can be so different and looking back I was so naive to fertility and the heartache behind closed doors. I made a promise to myself that I’d talk about the struggles of infertility because the mental health and isolation was something I would never want my circle of loved ones, online and offline to feel like they couldn’t lean on me for support. Every month of heart ache becomes a little bit easier knowing there’s someone like me starting this journey, knowing that they arnt alone 💖 Absolutely blessed to have so many of you recommending fertility acupuncture and finally getting myself an appointment. It has been the biggest game changer for ME time and having something now to look forward to. THANK YOU! I go weekly at the moment and the first month has already had such a difference to previous cycles.
