The day after their 2nd birthday we cut the tip of they’re last binki. We let them see that we are cutting it and make it feel like a ceremony (which is why I’m doing the song 😂) we cut a little more everyday and give it back until they decide it’s time for the trash. There is no crying, no pressure to toss it, just a daily cut. We pick after their second birthday so that their teeth don’t start to be effected by the binki. This is the only thing we have every done we have done it with all 3 kids. I learned you have to let THEM Throw it away not you!
Happy Father’s Day, my love 🤍 Watching you be a father to our children is one of the greatest joys of my life. Your strength, your gentleness, your goofy jokes, your patience, and your endless love—all of it—we see it, we feel it, and we’re so lucky to receive it. You don’t just show up for this family—you pour your heart into us. You are the kind of father kids dream of and the kind of partner I thank God for every single day. Today, I hope you feel just how loved, admired, and deeply appreciated you are. You’re not just our protector, our provider, our safe place… you’re our hero. We love you more than words can ever hold. Thank you for being you. Forever yours, Kristin “Your wife” 🥰@Corey.In.The.POT
