I’m back home in Australia! 🥹🤍 It feels so nice to be back in my own space after a big few weeks of training overseas. The push camp was such a great experience — I learnt so much and I’m feeling even more excited for the season ahead. My body’s definitely feeling the effects of camp and travel, so I really needed a slow, restful day today. I’ve just been gently keeping myself busy, pottering around and organising things at home. I’ll be taking this week off training to let my body fully rest and recover before jumping back into the grind.
