For me, it’s more than just fighting. It’s about staying grounded in faith, protecting what matters most – my family, my values, my purpose. That’s where true strength begins.
What does your training look like? 🙌🏾 My training is pretty structured every time: Warm-up (15–40 min): Jump rope – mobility – shadowboxing Then it’s 10–15 rounds of 3 minutes: Main work – sparring, heavy bag, partner drills, etc. To finish strong: A few explosive kicks & knees to burn it out Cool-down: Easy shadowboxing + mobility Wrap it up with 300–400 core reps 🔥🥊
