#ad Looking for a way to elevate your Thanksgiving turkey? Try a milk brine! Kemps buttermilk and whole milk make for a crispy turkey with a juicy inside! R U Kidding Me!? Here is the full recipe: 1. Bring 1 quart of Kemps Whole Milk to a simmer on the stove 2. Add 1/2 cup of kosher salt to the pot 3. Stir mixture on simmer until all of the salt is dissolved 4. While the salt is dissolving, spatchcock your turkey 5. Once the milk mixture is cool, add in 1 quart of Kemps Buttermilk 6. Place the turkey in a large bag and cover with the milk mixture 7. secure the bag and let soak in the fridge for 24-30 hours 8. Take the turkey out of the brine, pat it dry and coat it with soften butter 9. Season the turkey with pepper 10. Place the turkey on a grill with indirect heat at 375° until it reaches an internal temperature of 165° 11. Remove the turkey from the grill 12.
