Ingredients: • 500g all-purpose flour • 400ml warm water • 2 tsp salt • 2 tsp dry yeast • 4 tbsp olive oil (+ extra for topping) • Kalamata Olives, feta, basil Instructions: 1. Activate Yeast In a bowl: mix warm water yeast. Let sit 10 mins till foamy. 2. Mix & Rest Add flour + salt + olive oil. Mix till sticky dough forms. Cover & let rise 1 hrs (dough should double). 3. Second Rise Pour dough into an oiled baking tray. Stretch gently. Cover & rest 30 mins. 4. Top & Dimple Use oiled fingers to poke deep dimples. Add olives feta flaky salt & drizzle with olive oil. 5.
