Homemade KFC Hot Wings 🍗 Sorry KFC… these homemade hot wings are hotter, crispier, and cost just £2.19 for 22 wings. 👨‍🍳 Ingredients (22 wings): 1kg Chicken Wings 200ml Buttermilk 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp Salt Coating Ingredients: 200g Plain Flour 60g Corn Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 2 tsp Paprika 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Ground Ginger 1 tsp Mustard Powder 1 tsp Dried Thyme 1 tsp Dried Oregano 1 tsp Dried Basil 1 tsp White Pepper 1 tsp Black Pepper 1 tsp Celery Salt 1 tsp Salt Method: 1. Mix all of the marinade ingredients together. Add the chicken wings and marinate for 2 hours. 2. Mix all of the coating ingredients together. Add the wings, fully coat them, then let them rest for 15 mins on a wire rack. 3. Heat your oil to 180 degrees celcius. Fry the wings for 7-8 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy! Shakshuka 🍅 Ingredients (serves 2): 1/2 red onion 1 red bell pepper 6 tomatoes 4-5 eggs 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 tsp sweet paprika 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp ground coriander 1/2 tsp chilli flakes Salt Black pepper Fresh parsley 1 tbsp olive oil Feta cheese Fresh bread or pita ——— Method: 1. Dice the onion, pepper and tomatoes. 2. Heat the oil in a wide, deep frying pan over medium heat. 3. Cook the onion for 5 minutes until soft, then add the red pepper and tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes. 4. Stir in the tomato paste, cumin, paprika, ground coriander, chilli flakes, salt and black pepper. 5. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes until thickened. 6. Make small wells in the sauce with a spoon and crack in the eggs. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes. 7. Mozzarella Sticks 🧀 Ingredients (serves 2): 120g firm mozzarella 30g breadcrumbs 1 egg Plain flour 1 tsp garlic powder Salt Black pepper Marinara sauce: 400g tinned tomatoes 1 tbsp tomato paste 1/2 onion 2 garlic cloves 1 tsp dried basil Salt Black pepper 1 tsp olive oil ——— Method: 1. Chop the mozzarella into sticks and place into the freezer for 30 minutes. 2. Finely dice the onion and finely chop the garlic. Fry the onion in olive oil for a few minutes, then add the dried basil, garlic, salt and black pepper. Cook for 30 seconds. 3. Add the tinned tomatoes and tomato paste. Mix well and then simmer for 15 minutes. 4. Get flour into one bowl, beaten egg in another and the breadcrumbs into a third bowl. Season the bread crumbs with salt, black pepper and garlic powder. 5. Coat the mozzarella in flour, then the egg and then the breadcrumbs. Place onto an oven tray and cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees celcius. 6. Chicken Wrap Meal Prep 🌯 Ingredients (serves 5): 5 tortilla wraps 700g chicken breast 1 red bell pepper 1 red onion Handful of sweetcorn Handful of spinach 4 garlic cloves 2 tbsp tomato paste 2 tbsp cream cheese 1 tsp dried basil 1 tsp dried oregano Salt Black pepper 1 tsp olive oil ——— Method: 1. Dice the chicken, red onion and red bell pepper into small chunks. Finely slice the garlic. 2. Add some olive oil into a pan over medium heat, cook the red onion and red bell pepper for 5 minutes. Then add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes. 3. Add the garlic, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper and tomato paste. Cook for 30 seconds. 4. Add the spinach and sweetcorn, cook for 3 minutes. Then add the cream cheese and simmer for 3 minutes. 5. Divide the mixture into 5 equal portions, place onto your tortillas and wrap them up tightly. You can eat it how it is or toast the wrap in a pan, airfryer or oven if you prefer. Enjoy! 6. Wrap the other wraps in foil and store in the fridge or freezer for later. Chicken Satay 🥘 Ingredients (serves 2): 400g chicken breasts 2 tbsp peanut butter 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp red curry paste 2 garlic cloves 1 tsp curry powder Juice of 1 lime Pinch of salt 150ml coconut milk Olive oil Fresh coriander ——— Method: 1. In a bowl, add the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, red curry paste, grated garlic, curry powder, lime and a pinch of salt. Mix it using a whisk until fully combined and you have smooth thick sauce. 2. Chop the chicken into chunks and place into a bowl, add 1/4 of the sauce, coat the chicken and leave to marinate for at least an hour for the most flavour (or you can use it straight away). 3. Get the chicken chunks onto a skewer, heat the oil in a pan and cook the chicken until slightly charred and cooked through (about 8 minutes). Remove from the heat and leave to rest. 4. In a separate pan add the remaining sauce, with the coconut milk, and mix until combined. Simmer on a low heat for 2 minutes. 5. Serve the chicken satay over a bed of rice, drizzle over the sauce, garnish with some fresh coriander and enjoy. Lovely! #satay #peanutbutter #EasyRecipe #healthyrecipes

Chipotle Chicken Bowl 🐓 Ingredients (serves 5): 750g chicken breast 2 tsp smoked paprika 2 tsp cumin 2 tsp coriander powder 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp onion powder 1 tbsp chipotle paste Lime juice Salt Black pepper Potatoes: 1kg Maris piper potatoes 3 tsp smoked paprika 2 tsp cumin 2 tsp coriander powder 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp onion powder Salt Black pepper Salsa: 5 tomatoes 2 red onion Fresh coriander Lime juice Pinch of salt Sauce: 5 tbsp mayo 2 tsp chipotle paste 1 tbsp honey 2 garlic cloves Squeeze of lime Pinch of salt ——— Method: 1. Chop the potatoes into cubes, coat in the seasoning and a little olive oil, then spread them out on an oven tray or in the airfryer basket. Cook at 180 degrees celcius for 30 minutes. Turn them halfway through. 2. Dice the tomato and red onion. Add to a bowl with a pinch of salt, chopped fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime juice. Mix and set aside. 3. Chop the chicken into chunks, place it a bowl and add the seasoning and chipotle paste. Mix until the chicken is coated. 4. Cook the chicken in a large frying over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through. 5. Mix all of the sauce ingredients together. Then once everything is cooked, place up the chicken, potatoes and salsa. Drizzle over the sauce, garnish with fresh coriander and enjoy. Lovely! #chipotle #chipotlebowl #EasyRecipes #healthyrecipes
