Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. To a small baking dish (I used the le creuset mini Dutch oven), add the egg, flour, & nutella. 3. Mix until well combined. Then bake for 11 minutes. 4. Avocado Egg Salad✨ I’ve been seeing various recipes of this viral snack & absolutely love it! This simple snack is easy to make as well as high in protein, fiber, & heart healthy fats! Recipe: Ingredients- 1/2 an avocado 1 hard boiled egg 1 tbsp minced/chopped shallot 1 tsp lemon juice 1 1/2 tbsp mayo 1 tsp spicy brown mustard Salt/pepper to liking Lettuce/crackers/bread for serving Directions- 1. Simple Cherry Crisp✨ Made easy with an oatmeal! I love using oatmeal cups for crisps (especially maple brown sugar ones) because they already have the flavor added to them & is less mess to clean up! (Recipe below & follow @thehealthyhophead for more easy recipes!) Recipe: Ingredients- 1 cup cherries (halved & pitted) 1 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon Crisp- 1 packet/cup of maple brown sugar oatmeal 1 1/2 tbsp flour 1 tbsp brown sugar Dash of vanilla 2 1/2 tbsp avocado oil or butter Directions- 1. Preheat the oven to 375F. 2. To a small baking dish (I used the staub 5.5 by 4.5), add the cherries, powdered sugar, & cinnamon. Mix until evenly distributed. 3. Assemble the crisp mixture by mixing the oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, vanilla, & oil. 4. Top the cherries with the crisp, cover & bake for 25 minutes or until the sides are bubbly. Then uncover & bake for 5 more minutes to golden the crisp. 5. Take out, top with ice cream, & enjoy! #food #foodtiktok

Grinder Chicken Salad✨ This is super high in protein & will keep you feeling satisfied throughout the day! It is even perfect for the 4th of July!! (Recipe below & follow @thehealthyhophead for more easy & nutritious recipes!) Ps: The dish that I’m using can be found on my website!! It’s both a baking dish, & a Tupperware dish! So there is no need to transfer your food & dirty another dish!! Go check it out if you’re interested; the link is in my bio! Recipe: 1 cup of shredded chicken (you can get it from a rotisserie chicken (like I did) or air fry at chicken breast at 360F for 10 minutes or until done) 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (cubed) 1/2 cup pepperoni (chopped) 1/2 cup pepperoncini, (chopped) 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes (chopped) 3 tbsp red onion (chopped & rinsed) Sauce- 1/2 cup mayonnaise 3 tbsp red wine vinegar 2 tbsp pepperoncini juice 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning Garlic powder to liking Salt/pepper to liking Directions- 1. Assemble the sauce by adding all the ingredients under “sauce” to a small bowl & mixing until well combined. Set aside & assemble the chicken salad mixture. 2. To a large bowl or Tupperware container (I used the TheHealthyHopHead baking dish/Tupperware container that is found on my website in my bio), add the chicken, cheddar, sundried tomatoes, pepperoncini, pepperoni, & red onion. Then drizzle the sauce over the contents & mix until well combined. 4. Enjoy with pretzels, chips, or over toast! #food #foodtiktok

Simple Tomato Sandwich✨ I’m LOVING this trend because this is bringing be back to those days where I would swim at my grandpa’s pool & my parents would make us sandwiches like this! (Recipe below & follow @thehealthyhophead for more easy & nutritious recipes!) Recipe: Ingredients- 2 slices of whole wheat bread Sprayable oil Pinch of garlic powder Pinch of salt Tomato slices 3 tbsp whipped cream cheese Pinch of dried dill Pinch of garlic powder Pinch of chili pepper flakes Pinch of salt/pepper Directions- 1. Line an air frier with tin foil or parchment paper & add the bread. Spray with oil & season with garlic powder & salt. Air fry at 385F for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through. 2. In a small bowl, add the cream cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili pepper flakes, dill, & chili pepper flakes & mix until well combined. 3. Assemble the sandwich & enjoy! #food #foodtiktok

Single Serve Pasta ✨ Thanks so much to @buonapastaclub for the inspiration! I saw her single serve pasta recipe & HAD to try it out! Safe to say, it’s perfect! (Recipe below & follow @thehealthyhophead for more easy single serve recipes!) Recipe: Ingredients- 1/2 cup all purpose flour (plus 1 tbsp when rolling dough out) 1 small egg 1/2 tsp olive oil Directions- 1. To a clean surface, add the flour & make a well in the center. 2. Add the egg to the center of the well, as well as the olive oil. Mix gently with a fork starting with the center & working your way out. Then once the ingredients are well combined, start kneading the dough until it becomes a ball (take about 5 minutes). 3. Cover the dough in plastic wrap & set aside for 30 minutes. 4. Once done sitting, dust the dough with more flour & roll it out with a rolling pin to desired thinness. Cut into even strips & you have your pasta! #food #foodtiktok

Microwave Chocolate Lava Cake✨This is a quick & easy sweet treat that is high in iron & satisfies that sweet tooth you get when it’s that time of the month! For extra iron, use whole wheat flour if you have it! (Recipe below & follow @thehealthyhophead for more easy recipes!) Recipe: Ingredients- 1 tbsp melted butter or oil (I used earth balanced butter) 3 tbsp low calcium milk (I used oat milk) 2 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tbsp flour (I used oat flour but whole wheat flour has higher iron content) 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (I used granulated sugar) Dahs of vanilla 1/4 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt 1 dark chocolate truffle Low calcium ice cream for topping (I used oat milk ice cream) Caramel sauce for topping Chocolate sauce for topping Pinch of salt for garnish Directions- 1. To a small microwave safe dish, add the butter, cocoa powder, baking powder, flour, milk, vanilla, & sweetener. Mix until well combined. 2. Add the chocolate truffle to the center of the batter & cover with the batter. 3. Microwave for 1 minute. Then take out & top with ice cream, caramel, chocolate sauce, & salt to liking. Mini Tomato Pies ✨ Made with fresh heirloom tomatoes from my local farmer. It’s tomato season where I am & I’m so here for it!! Also, have vou ever seen such an enormous and beautiful tomato before? It’s almost the size of my head! (Recipe below & follow @thehealthyhophead for more easy recipes.) Recipe: Ingredients- (1 tomato pie) 1 slice of a large tomato (about 1/2 a centimeter thick) Premade pie crust 3 basil leaves 1/2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp feta cheese Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper Egg wash Directions- 1. Cut the pie crust to fit the size of the tomato. Slice the tomato and pat dry with a paper towel. Then place the basil leaves on top of the pie crust, then top with the tomato slice. 2. Fold the pie crust around the tomato & brush over pie crust with the egg wash. Drizzle olive oil all over the pie & season with feta, salt, & pepper. 3. Air fry at 375F for 10 minutes then again at 245F for 10 minutes, or until the top of pie is golden brown & the bottom of the pie is cooked. This part may take longer depending on the air frier you have. If you don’t have an air frier, bake at 375F for 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown & the bottom is cooked. #food #foodtiktok
