I am ADDICTED to this grill dinner. The marinade chicken is insane…it is so so good! GRILLED CHICKEN FAJITA BOWLS: Marinade Chicken - this recipe is from @Marzia | Little Spice Jar ✨ . It is called “The Best Steak Fajitas”. She uses steak, but we prefer to use chicken! Here are the ingredients, but check her whole recipe for exact instructions on marinade! ⅓ cup lime juice ¼ cup pineapple juice 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon minced garlic 2 teaspoon ground cumin AND chili powder 1 teaspoon kosher salt AND smoked paprika ½ teaspoon black pepper AND red pepper flakes (or more to taste) ¼ cup chopped cilantro I used trader joe frozen rice as base. Cooked up an onion, orange pepper, and red pepper in some oil sprinkled with some taco seasoning (my favorite is spicy siete…so good!!).
