Follow me for more @jadecarolanfitness Macros👇 Calories 581 Protein 34g Fat 14g Carbs 82g 6 300g baking potatoes 1 white onion 1 broccoli head 1tbsp olive oil 6 garlic cloves 400g chicken breast 8 pancetta rashers 120g mozzarella 80g 4 cheese mix 10g butter 30g 50% less creme fraiche 100ml semi milk salt black pepper fresh chives mixed salad leaves Prick and rub the potatoes with olive oil then bake for 45 minutes at 200. Pan fry diced onion with broccoli and chopped garlic until soft. Season with salt and pepper. Pan fry the chicken until cooked through or use leftover roast chicken for this! Air fry pancetta for 6-8 mins at 200 until crispy. Finely chop chives, the pancetta and the ball of mozzarella. Slice the tops of the potatoes off and scoop the insides into a bowl. Add butter, season with salt and pepper, then mix through creme fraiche and milk. Add the broccoli, onions, garlic, cubed cooked chicken, mozzarella, pancetta, chives, and some of the 4 cheese mix. Give it a good mix then stuff back into the skins. Top with cheese and place back in the oven for 15 minutes at 200. Add a sprinkle of chives and serve with a side salad! Follow me for more @jadecarolanfitness Macros👇 Calories 251 Protein 15g Fat 13g Carbs 19g Ingredients 👇 750g beef brisket 500g sweet ripened vine tomatoes 1 white onion 4 large garlic cloves or 8 small 20g puree 300ml beef bone broth 35g smokey bbq fajita seasoning from @Old El Paso 1tsp ancho chilli flakes salt black pepper 14 mini tortillas 1/2 diced white onion parsley or coriander 120g four cheese mix Brown the beef brisket over a high heat then place to one side. Add sliced tomatoes, onion, and garlic to a slow cooker. Add tomato puree, bone broth, 1 smokey bbq sachet, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Give it a mix then add the beef. Cook on a high for 6 hours. Remove the beef to shred. Blend the veggies to a sauce then transfer 3/4 of it to a pan. Leave the sauce on a simmer to keep hot. Add the shredded beef to the remaining sauce. Dip the outside of the tortillas in the slow cooker before placing over a medium heat. Add the shredded beef, some diced white onion, fresh herbs and a sprinkle of cheese. Fold and cook over a medium heat for a couple of minutes per side until crispy and melted. (I did pan fry 3 tacos per time to speed up the process) Serve the tacos with a pot of dipping sauce and enjoy! Messy but unreallllll.
